To indicate that your child is interested in any of the item/items on the photoshoot product list, please complete and submit the form below.

The DEADLINE for submission & payment is 3 days before the date of the photoshoot. Payments for selected product/products must be made in full in order to VALIDATE an order. Payment instructions will be forwarded within 24hrs after the order is submitted.

Orders are precisely produced. Changes to selection/selections are NOT PERMITTED after the date of the photoshoot. All pictures will be BUST SIZE only and students are allowed to do a couple of poses.

Parents will not be able to personalize the phrases for the PORTRAIT PACKAGES.

Parents spending 3500.00 and more will receive a FREE ACRYLIC KEYCHAIN embellished with their child’s photo.
